Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Tableau. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data visualization, SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, Tableau Server/Cloud, and dashboard performance optimization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions.
• Develop interactive visualizations, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Create efficient data models and optimize dashboard performance.
• Connect Tableau to multiple data sources.
• Develop calculated fields, parameters, sets, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions.
• Perform data preparation and transformation using Tableau Prep and SQL.
• Publish, schedule, and manage reports on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and user permissions.
• Monitor dashboard usage and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Document dashboard logic and BI best practices.
