This team supports the design, manufacturing, and test of instrumentation and control assemblies and cabinets for Plant Computer and Annunciator systems.You will report to the Sr. Manager; Control & Information System Engineering and be located at our Huntsville, AL. This is an onsite position. There is no relocation assistance available for this role.Key Responsibilities:Manage the performance of direct reportsHiring, training, and developing resources to increase bench strengthEstablish a culture of focusing on safety and quality as the top prioritiesEvaluate resource demand from projects and developing hiring plans according to ensure long-term sustainabilityMeet labor rate goals for the teamInterface directly with production supervisors to ensure production and engineering teams work together with clear directionEnsure consistency in the design and manufacturing process across the teamIncorporate lessons and utilize skillsets from two different plant computer/annunciator system productsEnsuring on-time closure of issues and corrective actionsLead product and process improvements and cost savings plansCollaborate internally across multiple organizationsLead resolution of emergent customer issuesLead the development of cost estimates for new projectsQualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering• Minimum of 10 years of experience• Experience leading a team of engineers• Experience with I&C hardware design for electronic assemblies, cabinets, PCBs, cables, etc.We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
