We are seeking a Security Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Okta, SSO, and authentication technologies. The role will focus on managing identity services, access controls, integrations, security operations, and troubleshooting across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Okta IAM/SSO environments, including users, groups, applications, policies, and access controls. Configure and manage SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and lifecycle workflows using SCIM and automated integrations. Support MFA, adaptive authentication, password policies, and access policies. Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, and provisioning issues. Integrate Okta with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. Monitor IAM activity, investigate access-related security events, and support incident resolution. Perform periodic access reviews, entitlement reviews, and audit/compliance activities. Work with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to enforce IAM standards. Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and security controls. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Okta administration and IAM operations. Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA, and SCIM. Experience with Active Directory / LDAP and enterprise identity environments. Understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, least privilege, and access governance. Experience troubleshooting authentication and application integration issues. Familiarity with security monitoring, incident management, and audit requirements. Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and enterprise application environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with Okta Workflows and API integrations. Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud IAM. Experience with PAM, IGA, or tools such as SailPoint. Okta certifications are a plus.
