Role Description The New Home Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the homebuying process, including greeting visitors, conducting model home tours, and explaining community features, floor plans, pricing, and available options. The specialist will follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare purchase agreements, and coordinate closely with construction, lending, and design teams to ensure a smooth experience from contract to closing. Daily activities include maintaining a professional sales environment, updating sales and customer records, attending sales meetings and community events, and representing Perfection Builders with consistent, customer-focused service. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in New Home Sales and general Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including relationship-building, active listening, and clear communication. Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License or be willing and able to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Candidates should possess knowledge of Homebuilding processes, including basic construction timelines, options selection, and closing procedures. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in residential real estate or homebuilding, comfort with CRM or sales tracking systems, and proficiency with basic office software. Ability to work on-site on weekends and occasional evenings as required, with strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
