Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - Travel Assignment

Base pay: $73.50 per hour
Sable Corporation is recruiting a Labor and Delivery RN to provide safe, compassionate care to mothers and newborns. Assess patients, plan and deliver nursing care, evaluate responses to treatment, and respond promptly to changes in condition. Support patients and families through education and coordinate care with the clinical team.
Schedule
Anticipated base schedule: three night shifts, 7 p.m. 7:30 a.m., with a provisional 30-minute unpaid meal per shift, totaling 36 paid hours per week. Weekly hours, workdays and meal arrangements are planning assumptions and must be confirmed by the recruiter with the facility before placement; they are not guaranteed assignment terms.
Qualifications and compliance
Current RN license valid for practice in California and at least two years of relevant nursing experience. The saved job requirements include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN fetal heart monitoring, plus the established Prime/Sable compliance package, including California harassment training and DCI/BVP/MAB. Complete the L&D/Mother-Baby/Postpartum skills checklist and provide the required submission documents. The recruiter will confirm current facility requirements and credential validity before submission.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient care using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Guide patient and family teaching and coordinate the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Birthplace. Maintain a safe environment for patients and visitors, escalate concerns through the appropriate clinical chain of command, and support mothers and newborns during antepartum and postpartum care.
Assignment details
