The right candidate is both a strategic thinker and a collaborative operator who thrives in environments where things move quickly and priorities evolve.
Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve product strategy, vision, and quarterly and annual roadmaps.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of experienced product managers.
- Partner closely with Engineering to prioritize initiatives, scope projects, and deliver high-quality products.
- Remain actively involved throughout discovery, product development, launch, and iteration.
- Use product data, customer insights, and experimentation to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Drive product-led growth across activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical considerations, and team capacity.
- Establish clear product processes and improve alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership.
- Communicate product priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly throughout the organization.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and forward-looking product culture.

- Proven success building and scaling mobile-first products.
- Experience with self-service, SMB, subscription, or prosumer SaaS products.
- Strong product-led growth experience and a data-driven approach to prioritization.
- Experience working in an early-stage or rapidly evolving SaaS company.
- A track record of strong partnership with Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
- A hands-on, player-coach leadership style with the ability to operate alongside the team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Sound product judgment and the ability to build alignment around competing priorities.
- An adaptable, motivating leadership approach that helps teams navigate change.
Nice to Have: - Experience with 3D technology, spatial computing, imaging, computer vision, AR/VR, or creative tools.
