Air Import AgentWe are the leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain & logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe. Our comprehensive range of products and services covers every link of the integrated supply chain – from maritime and inland terminals to marine services and industrial parks as well as technology-driven customer solutions.The Air Import Agent is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of air import shipments worldwide. This position works in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong sense of urgency, the ability to manage tight deadlines, a positive "can do" attitude, and excellent customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTracking and tracing of Air Import shipmentsAnswering and responding to email requests timelyQuoting customers and overseas partnersUpdating Special Tracking and Accounting Reports to CustomersDispatching of shipmentsEnsure dispatch is aware of any special instructions/cut-offsInterface with Customs Broker, Importer, and Customer for Import ShipmentsBooking of air shipments with our gateway teamsLabel Air ShipmentsProcess DG shipments including a checklistTracking and tracing shipmentsResponsible for receiving, posting, and processing vendor invoicesEnsuring customer invoices are sent in a timely manner as per the KPI requirementOther duties as assignedQualifications, Experience and SkillsStrong knowledge of air import processing1 to 5 years of relevant experienceGood organizational skillsDesire to learnExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong team playerProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCargoWise experiencePlease note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
