We are looking for experienced Freight Agents across the USA who want the freedom to build and manage their own book of business while having the infrastructure and back-office support of an established operation behind them. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a 70% commission split, designed for experienced freight professionals who already have customer relationships, an active or transferable book of business, and the ability to generate their own freight. You focus on your customers, relationships and revenue. The back-office team provides the operational support needed to help you run and grow your business. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and manage your own portfolio of shipper customers Generate new business through your existing network and ongoing business development Build long-term relationships with customers Manage freight opportunities from initial customer conversation through shipment completion Work closely with back-office and operational teams to ensure freight is executed effectively Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their shipments Identify opportunities to increase volume and expand existing accounts Operate independently while having access to support when required What We’re Looking For We are particularly interested in speaking with established freight professionals who have: Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics or transportation An existing or transferable book of business Established shipper relationships A proven history of generating gross profit Strong knowledge of the US freight market The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships independently A self-motivated approach to growing their business Experience across FTL, LTL, Drayage, Flatbed, Intermodal, Expedited or other transportation modes is welcomed.
