Full Time Maintenance Technician.
Pickering Run Apartments in Phoenixville, Pa. is looking to hire a maintenance technician to join our team.
Our community - oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay with company paid disability insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and vacation time. Employee's elective benefits including family medical, dental, vision and life insurance is offered. Residency is available as part of the salary package if desired.
Apartment maintenance experience required along with boiler and water heaters knowledge. Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7;30 am to 4:00 pm. However, to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24 - hour emergency maintenance ' on call ' rotation.
Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
